Healthy People, LLC Scarlett Winters, N.D., is an ANCB certified traditional naturopath in Bloomington. She has been working in the field of natural health for over a decade. She seeks to educate her clients on ways to experience vitality and health on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Her passion is supporting people who are living with arthritis, cancer, and grief. However, she gladly works with all people in improving the quality of their lives and health. Particular focus is maintained on working with physicians in a mutually beneficial relationship to serve the needs of our clients to the best of our abilities.
